I downloaded the app and accidentally paid the amount and then cancel the subscription.However,I didn’t even used the app and also didn’t get the refund.So is there no chance to get the refund for that cancelled subscription?!

But then I cancelled the order and rather than asking for refund.I checked through the website but couldn’t find something helpful.
