Printing Storage Invoices

Hi There,

I've seen there's a couple of posts regarding having trouble printing Apple Invoices? I need to print my monthly storage invoices for my business records but the invoice is not an attachment and if I try and print the e-mail itself it generates no content other than the address details as if there is no e-mail content but the invoice is clearly visible on the e-mail?

Seems like a really straightforward issue but I just can't resolve it.

All you can do from the iTunes account is resend the invoice which just provides me with another e-mail I can see but can't print!

With thanks to gch here is a workable (clunky) workaround:

Command Print your apple email, - select "Save AS PDF' , then select 'landscape'. For some inexplicable reason the body copy reappears. (Reverting to Portrait deletes the body copy again)

You may need to create a larger paper size to fit everything on one page. than once saved you can crop back to A4.

Thanks Rafael but if I export to PDF I simply get the same e-mail header info with no Invoice??? I opened an apple chat session but just got a number for ICloud queries. I'll have to try them Monday.

Really strange as I've had Invoices used to be an attachment but now they've gone to this e-mail format its just not playing however I've got a print out here from July so its obviously printed in the past?

Hi There,

Sorry I’ve not got back sooner busy week on and not been in the office, So a little more digging and your right regards the invoices not being on attachments as far as I can go back they do all seem to be part of the e-mail unless its a purchase such as Hardware from apple which is then an attachment invoice.

So looking at my invoices the change has actually occurred from 14/07/2020 any invoices including and prior to my July Invoice print fine anything after that the e-mail has no content whether I opt to print or save as PDF! Really weird as its there to read as an e-mail no issue at all???

Similar issues but only recently. Also need to keep storage invoices for accounts.

All invoices sent via Apple Maiul (ie "Your Invoice from Apple") have exported fully as PDF's. Then in August (and Sept) printing/exporting/saving just shows a blank email with just the header:

From: Apple no_reply@email.apple.com

Subject: Your invoice from Apple.

Date: 13 August 2020 at 09:13

To: xxx@me.com

I guess you can try a screen grab but I don't believe that's a proper accounts Invoice.

Any help greatly appreciated.
