how can I disabled my iPad

my son put wrong passwords to much now my iPad is disable I logged in my Apple ID still do not know where I have to go to fix it

IPad disabled I just got my iPad, I locked myself out and can't remember my password to get in and now says iPad is disabled. I reset my apple ID password thinking it was that but it's not.
