i can not purchase with my itune account, plz fix it

we cannot fix anything for you. we are iPhone users just like yourself.


you'll need to provide more details about why you cannot purchase anything.. is your account locked out or disabled?

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
