iOS update 13.7

My phone wants me to update to iOS 13.7. When I click the link to see what’s in the update, I’m brought here: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT201222.

This page doesn’t seem to provide any extra info on what’s in the update. All I know is that the update adds some kind of COVID-19 data collection opt-in functionality.

Can anyone tell me where I can get a more detailed brake-down of what is in this update? I’d really appreciate it.
