Apple TV 4K 32GB

My son, Arun Moorjani got for me (2) Apple TV's (Order number W745254762) last April 2019. I have hardly used these, and now they are not working.

On Wednesday, Sept 9th., 2020, my son ordered (2) more of the same Apple TV's, which I did receive last night.

I feel that I should be able to return to you the (2) Apple TV's (that are faulty and not working) and get credit for them.

Please advise, how do I take care of this matter!
