Beats Studio 3 Terrible Sound Quality

Hello, I bought the Beats Stuido 3 from Canada and there were a lot of problems with the bass. Korona because I gave my country when I returned to Turkey to service the product and replaced with a new product. The new product given to me does not sound as loud as before and there is almost no bass quality. I think of the American continent and the continent of Europe as a difference in version, but this is very depressing. Now I'm going to make a support ticket and ask Apple to take back my old product or a new product from Canada. I hope Apple helps me. Does anyone have knowledge or experience on the subject? I did not spend that much money for low volume. I can hear the applause when I clap while listening to music at the last volume. Disgusting.
