What happened to my case number? This case was never resolved and I supplied the requested evidence.

Disappointed that Apple decided to close my case without notification.

If you had read the Terms of Use that you swore to live by when you joined here you would have noticed that this is a user-to-user technical support site operated by Apple. There are no techs here that can look up your repair case number and answer your question. Call AppleCare, give them the number and ask what happened. Also check your junk email.
