Since we now know that this a T-Mo replacement phone; presumably for a lost T-Mo phone and SIM on an post-paid account in good-standing ...
... does your replacement indeed have a T-Mo SIM installed?
Can you even place or receive calls w/ the replacement ???

yes i tried to reset network, factory reset....everything i can think of , now i got this error "unable to activate"
and it requests me to shutdown. but that will do nothing if i shutdown, it will go back to the same issue after shutdown.
what else can i do ?

no but it was a replacement one from Tmobile. I lost my phone so they give me this. assuming they are new?
