How can i change my apple id country/region when my desired country “Bangladesh” is not listed there. ?

Apple doesn't have an App Store/iTunes in your country. Until they do, you can't change your region. It won't accept your billing information.
App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books availability.
Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.
If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.

I have an email which end up with @icloud.com . I open this account when l stayed in USA 3 years ago. Recently I move to Bangladesh, but the problem is I can’t update my iCloud account region to Bangladesh. Cause Bangladesh is not listed there.
