The computer has restarted due to a problem message !

For some time when I turn on the computer (MacMini 2018 - 3.2 GHz Intel Core i7 - OS Mojave 10.14.6) I always get this message: The computer has restarted due to a problem. I always shut down the computer from the shut down menu and in reality I have no problems before and the computer has not restarted, so I cannot understand the reason for the message! Some idea ?

Mac mini 2018 running Mojave has had this problem since last March firmware update(s).

With my setup running Safari in the previous session always triggers the crash. Put the Mac to sleep and it crashes after about 40 seconds and reboots. Or after shutdown and a cold-boot there is a crash report.

There have been a few firmware updates after that but the problem persists in Mojave. In light use Catalina seems OK.
