Is there anyway to turn off the Covid tracking with the iOS 13.7 update?

You ned not turn it off as it is not turned on. To use the tracking ability, you must OPT-IN and your state's health department must be taking part. Our state is just beginning the process. It will be completely anonymous tracking of Covid 19 cases.
