Why can I not delete or disable fonts that are not my language? When I right click the delete or disable font is grayed out. Thank you, Ronda

These would be fonts which are part of the Apple operating system. They, being part of the OS installation can not be erased. (It would be nice if it were otherwise.) There is on way to remove such fonts, however it must b done with care. If you are able to startup you computer from an OS which is in an external drive, it is then possible to go into your hard drive's fonts folder and remove them. I strongly recommend that you only remove any foreign fonts you will never use. Leave all regular fonts alone as certain ones are used by the system for certain purposes, such as displays within Safari, etc. If any of these are removed, serious problems will result.
