Error code 224003
I am trying to play videos from Blackboard. I keep getting "Video cannot be played: Error code 224003. Any suggestions? It hasn't been a problem before. Thank you,

There are a couple things you can try that may be able to help. We would recommend you read these articles and use them to help troubleshoot the issue.
Which browser are you using to play the video?
If features on a webpage don’t work in Safari on Mac
If you can’t open a website in Safari on Mac
