Error message attempting to retore iPAD from iCloud Bacjup

Attempting to restore/settings/files from iCloud backup to new iPAD. Both on IOS 103.3. Receive error message on attempting to restore to new device from iCloud Backup.

So you see an error message - but don’t provide any information about what the error message is...
