Family sharing is not working on iPad mini 3 for child account. How can I fix this ?

Have you tried signing out of the Apple TV app, restarting the iPad, and then signing back in?
I upgraded family storage to the most you can get and share with my daughter! We have to delete her and add her in every time she wants to make a video! It keeps telling her she is out of storage and we haven’t hardly used any of the 1 tb! I’m simply sick of it and want this service to work period!!! It shows on my phone that she is sharing my storage!!!! I don’t get it???😡😡😡

I tried that . Check all the updates. But it is still not working.
in Apple TV app, the library doesn’t show the famil y sharing option . Apps purchased through my account are asking again to buy in child’s iPad
