Can't check trust certificates on iPhone 8 Plus

I cant check the trust certificates are and i can't delete or trust any im weary that some 3rd party device has gotten into my phone

Hi, you can check the following resources:

Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If Safari can't open the page because too many redirects occurred
