Cannot install iOS update 13.7

I have downloaded update 13.7 three times, each time it won’t install; I get an error message that there was a problem. I’ve deleted each download before downloading again.

I have plenty of storage (only 44 gb of 256 gb used) so I’m at a loss as to why I can’t get this install completed. Suggestions?

I’ve tried to follow other suggestions I’ve seen online; nothing seems to work.

I’m downloading wirelessly. I don’t have an Apple computer.

Hopefully you’re using Wi-Fi, not hotspot, not VPN.

Unless you backed up to a Mac or PC with iTunes before upgrading to IOS 14 the online restore will not contain 13.7 or any version of 13.7 it will upgrade you to 14. Apple typically drops the previous version reset a few days a new IOS release. Backing up manually locally is your only option to go back. If you did not make a backup while on 13.7 then your stuck on 14 now
