How do I turn find my phone on once I turned it off?

I was going through all my apps and settings because I keep getting spam texts and emails and was worried i was hacked, but turned off “Find My” iPhone and now it won’t let me change it in settings and sends me to iCloud online but I can’t find anywhere to turn it on there either. Help! How do I turn “find my” phone back on?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

There is no Find My iPhone on iOS 13, you only have Find My under which you have three categories Device, People and Me

How to turn on Find My for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Find My.
  4. If you want friends and family to know where you are, turn on Share My Location.
