Start photo upload to iCloud

Hello,

I have an iPhone 7 (256gb) that I just replaced with an iPhone 11 Pro (56gb).

The iPhone 7 contains more photos than I can store on my new iPhone 11 Pro, so I upgraded my iCloud storage to 200gb.

I then turned on photos for iCloud storage on my iPhone 7.

However, the iPhone 7 does not upload any of the photos to iCloud. How do I start the upload?

My iCloud settings for photos on my iPhone 7 are:

iCloud Photos: ON

Optimize iPhone Storage: OFF

Download and Keep Originals: ON

Upload to My Photo Stream: ON

Shared Albums: OFF
