Hi,

Is your screenshot taken by your credit card account balance? If yes, try to verify on the ITunes Store...


Have you just verified through these recommendations:

  • Find out whether the charge was for a recent purchase or group of purchases
  • Find out if the charge was for a subscription that was renewed
  • Check whether a family member has made a purchase
  • Check whether you’ve bought something using another Apple ID


If it is confirmed that it is an undue charge I think you could contact Apple Support.
