Sim card locked

My Sim card is trying to lock down, and it says “SIM is locked. One attempt remaining.” I have already tried the two passcodes I would normally use. Neither worked. What do I do to unlock it?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

If you need help recovering your SIM pin, contact your carrier, most have a thing to reset it
