option to "forward text" messages is missing from ipad

To forward a Text Message in the Messages App, touch-and-hold the message that you wish to forward - and from the Action menu that appears, tap the more icon. You can now select additional messages from the same conversation if you wish.

When you have finished selecting messages to forward, tap the arrow icon at bottom right of the window. You can now enter the address/phone to which you wish to forward the selected messages. Finally tap the blue send icon (upward pointing arrow).
