Recovery of Photos and msgs without backup

Is there any way to recover photos and data which is lost during software update, my phone was updating while internet and power both got disconnected , it was on recovery mode and when I sat up my phone through iTunes it has nothing in it, any way to get it back, there was no back up on iTunes or iCloud, is there any software particularly to do this.
