I am a sole trader. Most of my day is spent behind the wheel.
I set my iPhone alarm to go off to remind me of appointments.
When it’s busy and I have many alarms set, I would like a note to remind me what I have to do at each particular time.
The notes app has pinned notes.. how do I get each one to the appropriate alarm?

Maybe try using the calendar app to organise your time. This can be fine tuned and allows you to create alerts, events and notes that appear at certain times without the need to switch between apps.
