Military Time

I turned on military time and after about 10 minutes i turned it off, after the time was back to normal. Then on my other apps such as snapchat the snaps said they were sent 4 days ago and the app was set back 4 days ahead. On other apps like life360 it doesn't show any of the members in the group. Other apps are having trouble too, how can I fix this?
