i threw my box with the serial code away and i cant find my airpods what do i do

You can actually go on amazon then go to the pull down menu, it has three bars one on top of the other, just click on these bars and the menu will open, select ‘YOUR ORDERS’ and all the products you’ve purchased will be listed from most recent to oldest. Go down the list until you see the AirPods you purchased. Click on the Airpods and you’ll be taken to a page that has options like ‘ORDER AGAIN’ , ‘WRITE A REVIEW’, and something like ‘REVIEW RECEIPT’ or ‘PURCHASE DETAILS’ something like this. See if the serial number is listed there or product ID. If you can’t find the serial number there DEFINITELY contact their customer service.

It is possible that you could not see the airpods, the last time you lost lost them, because the batteries died. Probably why you can’t find them now, the batteries are dead. If you have a app by a third party and not apple, it may just not work great with or with out the iPhone. Is the charging case lost also? If not, I’m not being rude I just have to ask, if the charging case is available check to see if they are in there.

When you say the AirPods disconnected randomly, do you mean the AirPods were paired with your phone when they just stoped being paired with your phone?

Did your phone see them then suddenly the phone stopped showing the AirPods ever existed?

Ok, I just went to the Apple App Store to download the Apple ‘FIND MY AIRPODS’ and I could not find an Apple app but did find other ‘FIND MY AIRPODS’ apps. Select your app and get the name of the company that developed the app or the exact app name and description of the aesthetic’s, the color of the app, design on the face of the app and whatever can help me identify which exact app you are using. I will download it onto my phone and try to figure out other reasons the app could stop showing the airpods. You could call the companies support and ask or email them. That would be quicker for you.

You can call or go online with the place you bought the AirPods. You’ll be able to get the serial number for the set. If you bought Apple care with the AirPods you can get a one time replacement for loosing one(I lost one) but not positive they will replace both. You’ll need to check with Apple or the place you bought the AirPods. I’m really sorry I know how upsetting that is. Maybe you misplaced them in your place. I found mine inside after 4 days and I literally almost tripped over it! Good luck 😉
