if someone blocked me and messages turn green. and then to check if i am unblocked when i go to type a message before i click the send button it is blue. does that mean i’m unblocked?

Some messages are blue and some are green. Blue ones have been sent or received using Apple's iMessage technology, while green ones are "traditional" text messages exchanged via Short Messaging Service, or SMS.
