what if you can't reset your security questions
I have used the same apple id for years but cannot reset my security questions and receive a message that says unable to verify at this time, but im not even asked any questions.

You may need to reach Apple’s Account Security department. If you cannot find your country or are not able to call, then complete this form and send it to them.
