Why can’t I use my Apple gift card to download things I had on my other phone
I added an Apple gift card so I can download my games and ringtones but it won’t let me because it tells me payment can’t be made!!

Hi, it would be best to contact Apple Support so they can check your account as to why you can't make a payment.
