I am trying to use Apple Pay via iMessenger but it keeps prompting me with the same message, telling me to sign in with the same login in iCloud and iMessage which I have been and already have! I tried restarting my device and it still won't work.

I am trying to use Apple Pay via iMessenger but the same error message shows up telling me that I need to use the same login for iMessenger and iCloud in order to use Apple Pay. I feel like I am going crazy here because I am logged in both on iMessenger and the iCloud with the same login it is prompting me to! I tried restarting my iPad and it still won't work. This is ridiculous! Sorry I am getting frustrated because it keeps prompting me with the same error message even though that is not the problem anymore. Help please!

Hi Jeff_W.

There is no message thread because this is a new message to someone. When I tab on the Apple Pay icon on my iMessage bar, it won't even give me an option to send or receive money. It only prompts me with the error message, "Apple Cash requires the same Apple ID for iMessage and iCloud. To send and receive money on this device, sign in to iMessage with (my email)."

The thing is I am already signed in with the same email on both iMessage and iCloud and it still won't work.
