If your iPhone is stuck on the Apple logo

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen


If the issue persists, you can bring your phone to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Book an appointment on getsupport.apple.com or use the Apple Support app.

I am facing this same issue.


Unfortunally, if you try to update the iOS fot the last firmware version and take error -14, there is nothing to do, besides loose all your data and made a recovery.


Apple is ignoring this issue, besides a huge ammount of its customers are facing this same problem.


Your issue starts to happen bebore one of these symptons?


"Error 14 Phones" have one or more of the following symptoms:


•Storage was near full; 

•apps started freezing;

•deleted data "came back";

•Phone was working fine, then after forced restarted it hangs on Apple logo;

•If put into recovery mode, the phone will fail iTunes update with error 14;
