MY iMAC CAN'T INSTALL THE NEW SOFTWARE UPDATE. HELP!!

I have already downloaded the update but it doesn't reboot for the mac to install the new update. Then the update will appear on "updates" again. Can somebody help me what to do please?

Also, there's no camera settings for my mac as well. It's not in the system preferences as many have said. How can I have my camera settings?
