I have already downloaded the update but it doesn't reboot for the mac to install the new update. Then the update will appear on "updates" again. Can somebody help me what to do please?
Also, there's no camera settings for my mac as well. It's not in the system preferences as many have said. How can I have my camera settings?

Suggest shutdown computer. Startup and Immediately hold Shift Key to boot in Safe Mode. It will take longer to boot. This may give the update the time to install.
