iPad-5 Zoom recording

I have a free zoom account, until recently I could record my meetings.

Off late I am having problems. When I record with audio switched OFF then the recording gets saved. But with audio ON it does not save the recording.

I get an error message. Screenshot attached.

I called Apple & updated & reset all the software & yet it does not record.

Apple suggested I call Zoom support to find a solution.

I tried calling Zoom support & mailed them several times, sadly no response , I believe they don’t service free subscriptions but only paid.

Can someone help - why recording can’t be done & saved from IPad -5 While audio is ON
