I can use my wireless at home but at work they require a user name as well. The problem is my iPhone 4 only has asks for password, and offers noplace I can enter my user name.

Any ideas?

My iphone 3G never had this problem so I'm stumped.

In Settings, go to Wireless and select "Other." You may have to scroll to the bottom of listed networks to find it. From there you can enter the network name and password.
