Broken screen how to enter the passcode

Hello,

I smashed my phone and unfortunately it has not been backed up for a year. I just signed up for a larger storage at icloud but my photos will not sync automatically.

1. is there any way i can enter the passcode for example if i connected a usb keyboard? or remotely from icloud? because if i could unlock the screen i could do a backup on my itunes
2. is there a way to turn on siri voice over without unlocking the phone for example from icloud?
3. is there a way to turn on automatic syncing for photos now I would have enough storage on icloud?

It is really frustrating, any help appreciated.
