I have a valid visa card, that I use with all my online purchases, I have entered my full visa information on my apple account, and it was all accepted but when I try to buy anything it askes me to verify my peyment information, when i click on continue, it says (we've run into a problem. Please try again later)

Device or computer?
Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there. Or you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.
