Is my phone going out ?

okay so a few days ago my phone started acting weird .. for starters my phone started glitching and my phone never glitches , when i try and scroll through social medias the screen would freeze up . also i cant call out , when someone calls me i can answer but i wint hear anything .. and when i try to call someone they cant hear me and i cant hear them i tried to put the phone on speaker but it wouldnt even allow me to touch the icon , it wasnt even glowing like the other buttons . when i record videos i hear no sound , but if im playing a video or listening to music i can hear it 🤔 . my headphone jack isnt working .. (i have an iphone 7 plus) it lets me charge my phone but for some reason when i plug up the headphones it doesnt work at all , the icon doesnt even pop up on my phone . when i try and facetime someone it rings and if the answer the phone automatically says the call failed .. and my phone rings late . like if someone calls me it vibrated but the ringtone doesnt sound until like a minute after . help me understand what is going kn with my phone
