Restore Purchase of a Game

I bought a game from the MacOS App Store and am thinking about deleting it off my device to save storage. If I want to redownload the game in the future, would I need to make another purchase, or does my previous purchase enable me to download for free? To clarify, this isn't an in-app purchase. This is a paid app. Though I would also be interested to know if in-app purchases in a game can be restored as well. Thanks
