Sorry no. In such a situation, you should ask the company's IT admin / supervisor.

Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Itunes & AppStore Purchases... 2nd option MUST be set to "Allow".

the iPad is managed by a company , but the method didn’t work . Is there any other method which can help
