If you see a password box, enter the password (ABC) followed by the code (123) or ABC123 (no spaces) as shown in the message you are getting.

i did that and it just keeps saying invalid username or password whats going on

as i said i did the password then tn code no spaces and it is stilll saying invalid password or username

Have you tried restarting and trying again? For some IOS/OS versions, the above doesn't work very well.
