problem with backup

hey, I have such an unusual situation. i bought a new iphone 11 ios 13.7 version and i want to backup my old iphone 8 ios 14 system version and writes to me that "part of icloud backup is not compatible with ios version on this iphone (13.7)" and i don't know what to do. any ideas ?
