Go to the Apple Store, select Watch, select buy and then scroll down to the Apple Studio and look for yourself. To me the Stainless Steel model looks like yellow gold the aluminum model looks for like a rose gold (Apple called the Series 5 "blush" gold.)

I would say gold since that is in the sales description. Doesn't look like rose gold to me.
