Is it adviseable to 'clean out' a mac mini? I am talking blowing the dust bunnies out. I have had it for 2 years in a dusty environment, and itnseems to run warm even with the AC going.

Always a good idea to blow the dust bunnies out.
Usually I took another step -- by remove the bottom cover, I can achieve better result. Furthermore, I also would remove the fan (if you know what you are doing) and do a thorough cleaning.
I did npt realize the Mini had a fan.
