Hi DocUSpin,

Were you able to accept the 3 month trial of Apple Music? If so, the subscription should appear as active and the prompt should disappear.

See or cancel your subscriptions

If you were not able to sign up for the 3 month trial, check the settings for the Music app:

Settings > Music

Turn off the "Show Apple Music" option

If the issue persists, contact Apple Support

Take care.

Good afternoon DocUSpin,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

It sounds like you are not able to remove the prompt to activate Apple Music on your iPhone 11.

iOS 14 was released Sept. 16, 2020. Try backing up your iPhone, updating it, and restarting to refresh the device.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Please reply to this thread if the issue persists after upgrading the iOS.

Take care.
