No, Apple does not provide that information. Both SMS/MMS texts and iMessages are not stored anywhere but on your device. And call logs should be available from your detailed billing statement with your carrier.

If it was text messages, contact your cellular carrier.

Same for call logs.

If you deleted iMessages, they are gone.
