Credit card in not deleted

My payment method was not taken a none option and credit card is not delete what can I do

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

Go here - Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods

and here - If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID
