How would you contact Apple in order to request a service restriction?

How would you contact Apple in order to request a service restriction. Apple restrict esims to EE and Vodafone in the British isles. I live on the Isle of Man where there is a monopoly for service providers therefore unable to use EE and Vodafone. I would like to be able to use the service and it would not impact on the above providers as unable to offer services to the Isle of Man.

Currently, the e-sim services are only available to some regions and their respective carriers. The full list is here - Find wireless carriers that offer eSIM service - Apple Support

Like you said, in United Kingdom only these carriers provide the E-sim service

EE

O2

Truphone

Ubigi

You will need to contact your provider for information about availability as they control cell towers in your area.
