I am trying to add my Apple Card to my Apple Watch so I can use my watch to pay with Apple Pay.
My Apple Card is already in my Wallet on my iPhone.
But when I try to add the card onto my wallet on my iwatch it states " Could not connect to Apple Pay - Apple Pay is temporarily unavailable"
It has been saying this for two days now.
Can someone help?

restart the watch and the phone
try signing out of your Apple ID and back in. Unpair your watch and repair. Make sure you have the watch set to mirror iPhone.

But sadly this didn't help.
You may need to reset your watch or force reboot it.

My watch is running on 6.2.8.
These are the steps that lead me to this pop up that says Apple Pay is unavailable.
Not sure if there is anything else I can do?
