Help my phone got disabled and when connected it to itunes it said to unlock it from the activation lock but i don’t remember my apple id

See if you can recover the ID/password.

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the Activation Lock if provided the required paperwork. Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)

I can't disable the activation lock and neither can anyone else that posts in the community.

You will need to contact support as I posted above to have the activation lock removed.
